Althou...I believe in the positive power of the nap! Although, I hadn't napped since I was a child, and associated it with the elderly (since my grandparents were the only nap models I had), I rediscovered the nap when I got married, since my hubby was a Sunday afternoon napper. I extended that further when my children were small; now I try to nap whenever Sunday afternoons allow, though I do confess, it's most often longer than an hour - and you're right, one does tend to sluggishness after that.<br /><br />Enjoy your naps, my dear.
